Being Your Best

Certified food, lifestyle & wellness coach, Andi Lew, gives you her wellness tips for being your best

  • Tip 1: Hydrate with alkalized water

Take Natratrim with this quality water when possible to create more alkalinity in your body and restore the PH balance.

  • Tip 2: Move more

Movement runs the brain. We have been known to spend up to 8 hours a day sedentary, in front of technology. So try to offer your colleagues a glass of water or cup of herbal tea to create and excuse to move from your desk for 5 minutes every hour.

  • Tip 3: Eat as close to nature as possible

Include more plant foods in your diet because they contain water and loads of nutrition that will help you stay hydrated and satiated.

  • Tip 4: Digital detox

Make a plan to switch off your devices and technology for a period of time each day and get connected with something natural like being with nature or getting reconnected with yourself, by doing something that YOU love.

  • Tip 5: Sleep

Turning off computers one hour before retiring will promote better sleep because the lights that technology emit interfere with natural hormones your body releases like melatonin that help you have a better sleep.
